Pasta Reinvents Itself in NYC

It sometimes seems like every food imaginable has been ramped up to new, creative levels in New York City. Except for pasta.

You can stop feeling sorry for the noodle because this corporate meeting menu idea is making a comeback. It's experiential pasta and a few of our favorites so far are short rib lasagna, rotolo with black truffle shavings, tube pasta with gamey companions like duck and rabbit, pork stuffed pasta, egg pasta, noodles flavored with celery roots, and pasta with a twist of Loiusiana Creole.

Ok, we are getting hungry talking about this, but at the end of the day, you can use your imagination to provide your meeting attendees with a unique pasta experience in New York!
