Event Venues: Meadowlands Racetrack opens $88 million facility with rooftop views of NYC

While Metlife Stadium was center of the sports world during the 2014 Super Bowl, the Meadowlands Racetrack, which sits in the same parking lot, was opening a spectacular new $88 million grandstand. Already considered the capital of harness racing in North America, "The Big M's" renovation is a turning point for the entire industry.

More importantly, its premier restaurants, private rooms and night clubs are becoming great options for corporate events and galas.  For example, the club features a 100-foot ceiling, LED walls and chandeliers with TVs throughout.  Then there is the April 25 rooftop lounge opening, which will be a massive, upscale venue with amazing views of the entire New York City skyline. 

And of course, your attendees can enjoy world-class racing as most of the cards are run in the evenings.

Overall, we think the new Meadowlands is a huge upgrade over its predecessor.  Only 10 minutes from Midtown Manhattan, the venue provides a unique experience that you don't usually see at other facilities that offer gambling options.
