Here is how it works. Attendees grab a pair of hipster headphones. pick their own beats and genres of music, and then dance with their colleagues. In some cases, the headphones include LED lights that create a club-like atmosphere.
Some of the most influential companies in Manhattan are all over this trend as an an event idea, including Bloomberg LP at its 2012 corporate party.
