Shackman Associates is seeing a huge in trend in very intimate venues popping up in Manhattan's West Village for destination corporate incentive dinners. We especially love one that serves perhaps NYC's best Peking ducks in a setting that was recently called among the city' sexiest by a major local media outlet.
The ducks are no joke, and the chef takes them so seriously that he only serves less than 40 per evening. The
family-style duck dinner, ideal for corporate groups, includes homemade pickles, chips, pancakes,
sauces, and "duck-consommé shots," and multiple small plates and
sides. Also included are oxtail dumplings, aged Manhattans,
and Katz's pastrami triangles.
This is the kind of venue where last-minute meetings can jump in on an evening of fantastic food by planning about 1-2 months in advance.
