From gray skies to sunny Rome, a great new addition is about to hit Midtown Manhattan. Obika’, the cheese-tastic eatery first opened in the Eternal City, will be landing in the IBM Building this December. Modeled after Japanese sushi-bars, Obika’ is replacing fish with cheese to create delicious concoctions like Mozzarella rolls (Rolled and Sliced Mozzarella di Bufala Campana with Speck and Radicchio) and its own Mozzarella Bar.
